A2 Racer Series (1997 – 2006)

A2 Racer (1997), Autobahn Raser (1997), A2 Racer 2 (1998), A2 Racer 3 (2000), A2 Racer 4 (2000), Vakantie Racer (2000) — and international sequels through 2006.

The first A2 Racer game came from a simple concept: create a racing game with a Dutch look and feel, modelled on the A2 motorway, to create something appealing and recognisable for Dutch players. The game was an immediate success and spawned many sequels and international spin-off games set elsewhere in Europe. The series ran from 1997 to 2006.
